We help you to enjoy the building process from the very start with open communication, in-person meetings, weekly progress reports, and photos from your Field Supervisor. and, we help to coordinate your closing too!
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION

We can help guide you through homesite selection, and we can even help you complete your homesite contract, find the right coordinating lender and closing attorney. Remember, we make it easy!
STEP 2: PERSONALIZE YOUR HOME PLAN
We want you to truly enjoy the experience of designing your home so we help you to see and experience what your home will look and feel like before it's built. Here's how:
Model Homes: We have numerous finished and furnished models in the area, open 7 days a week.
Plan Personalization: Our team can help you personalize one of our numerous home plans to suit your needs. They will ensure that your new home will fit perfectly on your homesite.
Design Studio: Our state-of-the-art Design Studio allows you to see and feel the material and fixture choices available for personalizing your home. It's exciting and easy!
STEP 3: ENJOY THE BUILDING PROCESS
To make sure we meet your expectations, budget, and timeline, our in-person meetings (called orientations) allow you many opportunities to review and confirm the details of building your new home. Our field supervisors provide you weekly progress reports, and our closing coordinator will be there to help you in making the final preparations prior to taking ownership.
Once your home is completed you can enjoy peace of mind with our builder warranty program. We will contact you several times during the first year to be sure there are no issues that we need to address.
